The CHINAPLAS 2026 event, took place from April 21 to 24, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (NECC) in Hongqiao, Shanghai, has concluded. It set a new historical record with a total exhibition area exceeding 390,000 square meters and featured over 5,000 exhibitors from 46 countries and regions. Over the four days, the show attracted a record total of 350,189 professional visitors, which included 86,440 international attendees from around the world. The overarching theme was "Transform, Collaborate, and Shape a Sustainable Future," focusing on four core areas: the Circular Economy, Digitalization, Innovative Materials, and High-end Technology Made in China. This year marks the 22nd consecutive year that Sanlong has exhibited at CHINAPLAS. We welcomed many long-standing clients and new friends from both home and abroad. We exhibited High-Speed Intelligent Six Shuttles Circular Loom at CHINAPLAS 2026. It is specially designed to make high quality tube fabric from plastic tapes, and the finished the tube fabric can be widely used to make chemical bags, cement bags, rice bags, flour bags, feed bags and so on. Main performance of High-Speed Intelligent Six Shuttles Circular Loom include: 1. Using the new type of plane cam mechanism has the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, low consumption, stable operation and low failure. 2. Using intelligent lifting system can compensate automatically, completely eradicate the fabric dense and parse phenomenon when start or stop the machine. 3. Automatic warp tape feeding system, signal transmission system for weft tape break down and weft tape finish, automatic rewinding system, all of these provide good conditions to make the high quality fabric. 4. The PLC interface operation is powerful function, centralized control, and easy to operate. See you next time at CHINAPLAS 2027 in Shenzhen.

The development of presses!
Compared with metal, stone and wood, plastic has the advantages of low cost and strong plasticity. It is widely used in the national economy. The plastic industry occupies an extremely important position in the world today. The production of plastic products has developed rapidly all over the world for many years. The output of China's plastic products has always been in the forefront of the world rankings. Among them, the output of many kinds of plastic products has been ranked first in the world. China has become the world's largest producer of plastic products. From 2001 to 2010, the average annual growth rate of China's plastic products output remained above 15%. In 2010, China's total output of plastic products reached 58.3 million tons. Although China's total consumption of plastic products has ranked second in the world, the per capita consumption of plastics is far behind that of developed countries. Data show that in 2005, China`s per capita plastic consumption was only 29.5 kg. In the same year, the per capita plastic consumption of the United States, Belgium, and Germany reached 171 kg, 169 kg, and 155 kg, respectively, which were 5.79 times, 5.73 times, and 5.79 times that of China`s per capita plastic consumption. 5.25 times. As another indicator to measure the development level of a country's plastics industry, the ratio of plastic to steel is only 30:70 in China, which is less than the world average of 50:50, and far less than the 70:30 of the United States and 63:37 of developed countries such as the United States and Germany. From another aspect, these gaps show that China's plastic products and plastic machinery industries have greater room for development. The Chinese plastics machinery market has attracted more and more attention from foreign companies. On the one hand, many large international companies continue to increase the depth and breadth of cooperation with Chinese plastics machinery companies, but more often use mergers or purchases of shares to occupy the Chinese plastics machinery market. . Foreign companies such as Demag, Cornell, and Hong Kong Chen Hsong have entered the Chinese market through joint ventures with domestic companies or the establishment of separate subsidiaries or representative offices.
